Remove the crankshaft

Remove the oil injector nozzle (1) using the puller device (3) and the impact puller (2)
Attach the puller device (3) to the impact puller (2) and fit it correctly on the oil injector nozzle (1).

Take care not to damage the injector's hole/housing in the crankcase.
Utilize appropriate means and devices.
Check

Check the condition and clean the injector hole/housing in the crankcase
Use compressed air in the oil flow direction.
Install

Fit the new oil injector nozzle (1) on the assembly tool (4)
Insert the injector nozzle (1) in the tool (4) and turn the injector tube (nozzle) in the guide slot up to the stopper.

The injector must not be reused.
Use a new injector.

Install under pressure the new oil injector (1)
Fasten firmly the assembly tool (4) in the main bearing cap fastening threaded holes.
Keep the oil injector nozzle (1) perfectly fit and positioned in the device to install the assembly tool (4) until installation is completed.

Remove the assembly tool device (4), check the condition and perfect seating of the oil injector (1)
The injector must contact the lodging and there must be no signs of deformation, mainly in the injector tube (nozzle).

Install the crankshaft
