Ensure that no one is within the tilting range of the cab as it is being tilted. Always tilt the cab all the way to the end position and secure it with the safety strut.

Remove/install

Switch off ignition.

Tilt and secure cab.

Remove noise encapsulation.

Only if fitted.

Clean area around the ignition coils.

Mark electrical connectors of the ignition coils for the respective cylinder.

Installation: Observe marking of the electrical connectors of the ignition coils.

Unclip electric lines of the ignition coils from the cylinder head cover.

Disconnect electrical connectors of the ignition coils.

Release locking clamps of the ignition coils and fold upward.

Carefully pull ignition coils out of the locking clamps.

Installation: Coat ignition coils in the area of the sealing (arrow) with a thin layer of spark plug connector grease.

Clean

Clean slots of the removed ignition coils in the cylinder head and blow out with compressed air.

Clean removed ignition coils.

Install in the reverse order.
