Pour AdBlue into suitable containers only. Wait until the pressure is released before starting any work on the exhaust aftertreatment system.

Remove/install

Switch off ignition

Remove fender section (2)

Unfasten line package (5)

Remove AdBlue® metering device (A67) on the EATU (1)

Installation: Replace seal (8) and screw/bolts (7).

Disconnect electrical connector (3)

Remove AdBlue® feed line (6)

Catch escaping AdBlue® and dispose of it.

Remove AdBlue® return line (4)

Catch escaping AdBlue® and dispose of it.

Install in the reverse order

Check line separation points for leaktightness

Visual inspection.
