Risk of injury caused by body parts being pinched or crushed as cab is tilted

Ensure that no one is within the tilting range of the cab as it is being tilted. Always tilt the cab all the way to the end position and secure with the safety strut.

Remove compressed air line (2) from metering device (1)

Wait until the pressure is released before starting any work on the exhaust aftertreatment system.

Seal bore with suitable stop plug.

Installation: Prior to assembly, inspect banjo union of the compressed air line (2) for foreign bodies, contaminants and damage.

Remove sieve (3) with a screwdriver (4)

Install in the reverse order

Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving by itself.
Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes.
Do not touch hot or rotating parts.
