Risk of burn injuries and scalding when working at AdBlue lines and the components attached to them. Risk of injury to skin and eyes when handling AdBlue. Risk of poisoning caused by swallowing AdBlue

Only pour AdBlue suitable containers only. Wait until the pressure is released before starting any work on the exhaust aftertreatment system.

Switch off ignition

Disconnect electrical connector (2)

Pull electrical line (1) out of frame

Installation: Replace removed cable tie.

Remove fill level and SCR AdBlue temperature combination sensor (B117) at AdBlue tank (5)

If AdBlue drips escape from AdBlue tank (5) crystals of urea which form can be removed using water and a cleaning cloth.

Install in the reverse order
