5 Remove coolant line (6) at feed line SCR tank heater solenoid valve (Y107)
Collect escaping coolant in a clean vessel.
6 Disconnect AdBlue hose (7) with clamping device (4) and disconnect at AdBlue (8) line.
Catch escaping AdBlue and dispose of it. Do not reuse caught AdBlue since contaminated AdBlue can lead to damage in exhaust aftertreatment system.
Installation: Before assembly of AdBlue hose (7) check for foreign objects, contamination and damage.
If the AdBlue hose (7) is reused, in the area in which the hose clamp was seated it must be shortened by approx. 2 cm.
If as a result the AdBlue hose (7) should be too short, it must be replaced.
