Pour AdBlue into suitable containers only. Wait until the pressure is released before starting any work on the exhaust aftertreatment system.

Ensure that no one is within the tilting range of the cab as it is being tilted. Always tilt the cab all the way to the end position and secure it with the safety strut.

Cover the starter with a clean cloth

To avoid damages, before the injection piping removal, protect the starter and the wire harnesses against occasional AdBlue drops.

Prepare the device for the test of dosage volume of AdBlue

Use the testing briefcase for AdBlue

Install the test injection piping (1) with the test injection nozzle (2) in the metering device

Connect the hose (4) in the test injection nozzle (2), and fix it with a plastic strap (6)

Put the collector (5) on the floor

Be sure the hose (4) is not folded.

The test is performed by means of the STAR DIAGNOSIS.

Remove the test device in the metering device

After the use, clean the test device with clean water.

Install a new injection line

The injection pipe must be replaced after each removal.

Remove the cloth from the starter

Warning
