Warning

Risk of burn injuries and scalding when working at AdBlue lines and the components attached to them. Risk of injury to skin and eyes when handling AdBlue. Risk of poisoning caused by swallowing AdBlue

Pour AdBlue into suitable containers only. Wait until the pressure is released before starting any work on the exhaust aftertreatment system.

Cover the starter with a clean cloth

Before the injection piping removal, the starter should be covered with a clean cloth to be protected against occasional AdBlue drops, because it can damage the starter and the connected wire harnesses.

Remove injection line

Install the device for the test of dosage volume of AdBlue

Test facility for checking the AdBlue metering mount of the metering device

Install the test injection piping (1) with the test injection nozzle (2) in the metering device

Connect the hose (4) in the test injection nozzle (2), and fix it with a plastic strap (6)

Put the collector (5) on the floor

Be sure the hose (4) is not folded.

The test is performed by means of the STAR DIAGNOSIS.

Remove the test device in the metering device

After use, clean the device with clear water.

Install a new injection line
