Remove the injection piping (3)

Remove the baffle plate (5)

Remove the injection nozzle (2)

 Suitably plug the orifices.



Install

Install the injection nozzle (2)

 Before installing, check the injection nozzle (2) and the contact surface on the engine-brake flap (4) opening for foreign matter and dirt.

Install the baffle plate (5) on the engine brake flap opening (4)

 .Shielding plate bolt on turbocharger

Install a new injection line (3)

 The injection piping (3) must be replaced after every removal.
