Danger! | Turn the general switch off or disconnect the battery negative cable. | ||
Danger! | Danger or burning due to the coolant high temperature. | Previously depressurize the system, by carefully opening the compensation reservoir lid up to the first stage. Do not remove the lid, if the engine temperature is above 90 °C. Use the requires PPE. | |
1 | Drain the cooing system. | Collect the fluid in a proper container. | |

2 | Remove the piping (4/5) from the coolant in the turbocharger (9). | ||
3 | Remove the turbocharger air pipe (1) from the turbocharger (9). | ||
4 | Remove the throttle valve (11). | ||
5 | Release the clamps (2) that attach the air intake pipe hose (3). | Install: Check the clamps and the hoses, replace them if necessary. | |
6 | Remove the bots (12) and disconnect the exhaust pipe (13) from the flange (14). | Install: Replace the gasket. | |

7 | Disconnect the hose (6) from the turbocharger wastegate valve 9). | Install: Check the clamp and the hose, replace them if necessary. | |
8 | Release the clamp ad disconnect the hose (7) from the oil return pipe (8) of the turbocharger. | Collect the oil that leaks. Install: Check the clamp and the hose, replace them if necessary. | |
9 | Remove the oil pressure pipe (10) from the turbocharger. | Install: Replace the gasket and the sealing rings. | |
10 | Remove the attachment bolts (16) and the washers (17) from the exhaust manifold (15). | | |
11 | Remove the exhaust manifold (15), the turbocharger (9), the flange (14) and the gaskets. | Install: Replace the gaskets. | |
12 | Remove the turbocharger (9) from the exhaust manifold (15). | ||
13 | Install in reverse order. |
