Observe the sequence shown when tightening in order to achieve even pressing down of the intake valve disk/seal.
1 Lay on cylinder head bolts (1 to 6) and then tighten to stage 1 of the sequence shown .
2 Then tighten cylinder head bolts (1 to 6) to Stage 2 of the sequence shown .
3 Tighten cylinder head cover bolt to the valve intermediate plate (7, 8) to Stage 1 of the tightening sequence shown .
Only if the compressor cylinder head was disassembled or replaced.

4 Tighten cylinder head cover bolt to the valve intermediate plate (7, 8) to Stage 2 of the tightening sequence shown .
