8 | Loosen the bolts (6) and remove the air compressor (1) | When installing a new or re-manufactured compressor, check the air piping and if it has obstructions caused by carbonised oil, it should be cleared, or preferably replaced. | |
Installation: Replace the sealing ring (18), use vaseline to install it. | |||
In case of oil leaks between the supporting plate (7) and the timing case, replace the sealing rings (19). | |||
When installing the air compressor (1), tighten the bolts (6) with the specified tightening torque. | |||
