Open maintenance flap

 Danger!

Risk of injury caused by body parts being pinched or crushed as cab is tilted

Ensure that no one is within tilting range of cab as it is being tilted. Always tilt cab all the way to end position and secure with safety strut.

Swivel tensioner pulley for poly-V belt tensioning device (1) with box wrench (5) upwards (arrow) and hold in place

Remove poly-V belt (4) from tensioner pulley on poly-V belt tensioning device (1)

Swivel back tensioner pulley for poly-V belt tensioning device (1) and remove poly-V belt (4)

 Installation: Pay attention to correct seating of poly-V belt (4).

Observe poly-V-belt routing plan.

 Replace poly-V belt (4) if necessary.
