Slacken
1 | Swivel and hold tensioner pulley (1) with a breaker bar (2) and socket wrench socket upward against the spring force. |
2 | Remove poly-V-belt (3). |
3 | Swivel back tensioner pulley (1). |
Tensioning
4 | Fit poly-V-belt (3) on the belt pulleys. |
5 | Swivel and hold tensioner pulley (1) upward against the spring force. |
6 | If the tensioner pulley (1) is held, position the poly-V-belt (3), swivel the tensioner pulley (1) downward, and, in doing so, tension the poly-V-belt (3). |
