Tilt cab into repair position

Remove drive shaft from belt pulley (5)

 Propeller shaft to engine belt pulley

Swivel and hold tensioner pulley (4) with breaker bar and socket downwards

Remove poly-V belt (2) while not tilting the poly-V belt (2)

 Installation: Ensure that poly-V belt (2) is seated correctly.

Swivel back tensioner pulley (4)

Remove screw/bolt (6) and bracket (7) of guide pulley

 Installation: Align guide pin on holder (7) to housing bore.

 Guide pulley to crankcase

Swivel and hold tensioner pulley (3) with breaker bar and socket downwards

Remove poly-V belt (1) while not tilting the poly-V belt (1)

 Installation: Ensure that poly-V belt (1) is seated correctly.

Swivel back tensioner pulley (3)



Check

Check poly-V belt (1, 2) for wear and damage



Check belt pulley, vibration damper and tensioning devices of tensioner pulleys (3, 4) for damage

If there are problems:



Replace damaged or worn parts.

Install in the reverse order
