Remove poly-V belt for 2nd refrigerant compressor

For model 900 with code (HK4) Rear A/C, enhanced or for
model 906 with code (H08) High performance A/C

Loosen poly-V belt (1)

Remove poly-V belt (1) from belt pulley, guide pulley and remove to the rear

Installation: Put poly-V belt (1) in place according to the routing diagram.

Check belt pulley profile, guide pulleys and clamping device

Installation: Replace belt pulley or major assemblies, guide pulleys and clamping device if there is damage.

Check poly-V belt (1) for wear and damage

Installation: Replace poly-V belt (1) if there is damage.

Install in the reverse order

Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving by itself.
Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes.
Do not touch hot or rotating parts.

Perform an engine test run and check poly-V belt (1) for correct running; lay on poly-V belt (1) again if necessary
