Poly-V-belt

 Danger

Risk of death caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.

Align vehicle between vehicle lift columns and position the four support plates at the vehicle lift support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.

Install poly-V-belt (1).

Ensure poly-V-belt (1) is correctly seated on belt pulleys, tensioner pulley of tensioning device and poly-V-belt guide pulley.
This prevents damage.


Belt pulleys, tensioner pulley of tensioning device and poly-V belt guide pulley must be clean and free of grease.
This prevents damage and malfunctions.


Do not use belt wax or similar products.
This avoids malfunctions.
