| Remove the oil dipstick guide mounting bracket mounting bolt (21) from engine mounting supporting bracket.
|

| Remove both the engine mounting support arm bolts on right hand side and left hand side of the engine.

| Attach engine on special tool assembly stand (23) along with the engine support bracket (24) on left hand side location.

| Remove fan (25) by removing the nuts from the intermediate piece.

|

| Remove viscous fan clutch (26) by removing the bolts from the fan.
| Loosen the water pump pulley mounting bolts (27).

| Fan assembly to the fan pulley

| Lift automatic belt tensioner assembly (28) and remove poly-V-belt (29).
|
|
|

| Install in the reverse order.
