Remove/install

Tilt cab

Remove soundproofing in front of charge air pipe (1)

Disconnect electrical connections (5)

Remove electrical wiring harness (6) on charge air pipe (1) and place to one side

Remove charge air hose (3) from pressure differential measurement pipe (4)

 Clamp, charge air hose to charge air pipe and charge air cooler

 Bolt, resonator for charge air to charge air pipe and bracket

Unfasten resonator (2) at charge air pipe (1) and on bracket (11)

Remove bracket (9) for oil removal pipe on charge air pipe (1)

Only for vehicles with engine 934.9.

Remove charge air pipe (1) on mixing chamber (7) and on bracket (8)

Take out charge air pipe (1)

Remove seal between charge air pipe (1) and mixing chamber (7)

 Installation: Replace seal.

Remove pressure differential measurement pipe (4) from charge air pipe (1)

 Only if charge air pipe (1) is replaced.

 Installation: Replace sealing ring.

 Clamp, pressure measuring tube for pressure differential on charge air pipe
