Ensure that no one is within the tilting range of the cab as it is being tilted. Always tilt the cab all the way to the end position and secure with the safety strut.

Remove/install

Open maintenance flap

Tilt cab

Detach charge air hose (4) on one end

 Seal opening to charge air cooler.

 Clamp, charge air hose to charge air pipe and charge air cooler

Remove charge air pipe (3) on ATL

 Clamp, charge air pipe to turbocharger

Remove screw/bolt (1)

 Bolt, right charge air pipe to bracket

Remove screw/bolt/bolts (5)

 Bolt, bracket for right charge air pipe to coolant pipe

Remove charge air pipe (3) with bracket (2)

 Close off opening at ATL.

 Installation: Check seal; replace if necessary.

Remove bracket (2) on charge air pipe (3)

Only if replacing charge air pipe (3).

 Bolt, right charge air pipe to bracket

Install in the reverse order
