The following steps are only to be performed for vehicles up to production period 27.4.06.
1 Loosen securing clamp (2).
2 Unscrew bolts (3) and take off charge air pipe (1).
3 Take off gasket.
Installation: Clean sealing surfaces, replace gasket.
4 Install in the reverse order.
Shown on vehicle up to production period 27.4.06
The following steps are only to be performed for vehicles from production period 28.4.06.
1 Loosen securing clamp (2).
2 Remove bolt (4) for clamp.
3 Lay air intake pipe (5) to one side.
4 Unscrew bolts (3) and take off charge air pipe (1).
5 Take off gasket.
Installation: Clean sealing surfaces, replace gasket.
6 Install in the reverse order.
