Risk of death caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.

Align vehicle between vehicle lift columns and position the four support plates at the vehicle lift support points specified by vehicle manufacturer.

Remove charge air hose (2) upstream of charge air cooler (8)

Installation:
Do not use any lubricant.
There is otherwise the danger that the charge air hose (2) will slip off upstream of the charge air cooler (8) during operation.

Installation:
Any existing oil residues must be thoroughly removed from the charge air hose (2) and the charge air duct before assembly.
There is otherwise the danger that the charge air hose (2) will slip off during operation.

Open connectors (1) and detach charge air hose (2).

Remove charge air hose (3) downstream of charge air cooler (8)
