 	Remove/install
1	Remove bottom sections of soundproofing		AR94.30-P-5300P
2	Remove front bumper	Model 203 except model 203.076/276	AR88.20-P-2000P
		Model 203.076/276, 209	AR88.20-P-2000Q
3	Detach charge air hoses (110/5) at charge air cooler (110/2)	 Check sealing rings (110/11); replace if necessary. Thoroughly clean connection points, do not grease. Ensure locking springs are exactly located.
4	Unclip spreading clips (2) and fold down cover for desiccant cartridge (1)	Model 203, 209 as of 24.4.04
5	Unclip charge air cooler (110/2) at bottom of radiator (arrow)
6	Detach plates (10) of charge air cooler (110/2) from radiator sleeves
7	Remove charge air cooler (110/2)
8	Remove air scoop (110/9)	 Only when replacing the charge air cooler (110/2).
9	Install in the reverse order
