1 | Detach engine cover from engine | ||
2 | Remove plug from sensors (3) and electrical connector for glow output stage (9) | ||
3 | Unclip the coolant lines on the bracket (2) | ||
4 | Detach the charge air hose (4) from the charge air cross pipe (1) | ||
5 | Detach coolant line (6) from charge air cross pipe | ||
6 | Detach the pipeline (8) of the exhaust gas recirculation at the connecting flange under the charge air cross pipe | Installation: Use new gasket. | |
7 | Unscrew charge air cross pipe on bracket for glow output stage on the right (see arrow) | ||
8 | Detach the charge air cross pipe from the charge air pipe intermediate pieces (5, 7) | Installation: Use new sealing rings. | |
9 | Install in reverse order |
