Remove/install

Remove red charge air hose (6)

Installation: The red charge air hose (6) is temperature-resistant and must always be installed between the associated
charge air pipe (1) and charge air cooler. Clean sealing surfaces. Check clamps; replace if necessary.

Remove charge air pipe (1)

The opening on the turbocharger may need to be closes off so that no foreign object can find its way in.

Installation: Install new O-ring (4). Check clamp (5), replace if necessary. Clean sealing surfaces.
