1 | Remove air intake pipe (9). | ||
2 | Remove bolt (2) from charge air pipe (1) to alternator (3) carrier | | |
3 | Remove red charge air hose (5) from charge air cooler (4) | ||
4 | Remove clamp (6) on turbocharger (7) and remove charge air pipe (1) | Close off turbocharger (7) using a suitable cap | |
Installation: check O-ring (10) and replace if necessary. | |||
5 | Remove red charge air hose (5) from charge air hose (1) | Only when replacing charge air pipe (1). | |
6 | Install in the reverse order |
