Remove/install

Clean area around boost pressure sensor (1).

Assembly cleaner

*BR00.45-Z-1028-04A

Release and disconnect the electrical connector (2).

Remove screw (3).

 Bolt, boost pressure sensor to mixer housing

Detach boost pressure sensor (1) from mixer housing and remove in upward direction.

Seal opening at mixer housing using a stop plug.

 Record plug

Check sealing ring (4) for damage.

If boost pressure sensor (1) is not replaced.

If damage is identified,



replace boost pressure sensor (1).

Install in the reverse order.



Check

Read out and delete fault memory.



Perform engine test run and check mixer housing in area of boost pressure sensor (1) for leaks.
