Remove passenger seat above transmission maintenance flap.

Remove transmission service flap

Open rear left maintenance flap

Remove exhaust flex pipe (3)

Remove flap connection (2)

Detach air intake hose (8) from turbocharger (1)

 Installation: Clean sealing surfaces, check hose clamp is fitted correctly.

Remove charge air pipe (7)

Detach oil pressure line (4) from turbocharger (1)

 For flange connections, unscrew flange connection bolts, for annular connections, unscrew banjo bolt.

 Installation: Clean sealing surfaces and replace seal or sealing rings.



Detach oil pressure line (4) from crankcase

 Installation: Clean sealing surfaces and install new sealing rings .



Detach oil return line (5) at turbocharger (1)

 Installation: Clean sealing surface and install new gasket.



Detach turbocharger (1) from exhaust collector and take off

 Seal off all openings at turbocharger (1) with caps.

 Installation: Prior to installing the turbocharger (1), all connection points and parts to be connected should be inspected for foreign bodies, contaminants and damage and cleaned or replaced if necessary, otherwise engine damage could occur.

 Installation: Clean sealing surfaces, install new gasket. Install new self-locking nuts.


