1 Turbocharger
2 Oil pressure line
3 Oil filter housing
4 Banjo bolt
5 Union nut

1 | Remove air intake pipe | ||
2 | Remove banjo bolt (4) on oil filter housing (3) | ||
3 | Unscrew union nut (5) on turbocharger (1) | | |
4 | Remove oil pressure line (2) | Seal holes with suitable plugs. | |
Installation: Before installation of oil pressure line (2), fill turbocharger bearing housing through oil inlet hole with engine oil. Rotate turbocharger shaft by hand during this step so that bearing points are provided with a film of oil. | |||
