 	Remove/install
1	Take off cover (1)
2	Remove air filter		AR09.10-P-1150Q
3	Remove throttle valve actuator (M16/6)	 Unscrew bolts (2), dismount charge air hose (3) from throttle valve actuator (M16/6) and detach hose clamp (3) to the front
		 Bolt, engine charge air duct bracket to compressor housing	*BA09.50-P-1008-01C
4	Remove cable ties (4)
5	Disconnect electrical wiring harness	 Disconnect the electrical connector from the pressure sensor (B28) Disconnect the electrical connectors (5) Disconnect electrical connector from intake manifold swirl flap (M59)
6	Unscrew bolts (6) from cable duct (7) at intake manifold (8)
7	Disconnect cable (9)
8	Disconnect hose (10)
9	Detach pneumatic hoses (11) from throttle valve actuator (M16/6)
10	Remove cable (12)	 Exhaust pipe at the intake manifold	*BA09.20-P-1002-01I
		 Union nut to EGR valve	*BA09.20-P-1003-01I
11	Remove oil filter (13)	 Installation: Replace seal to prevent leakages.
		 Screw cap to oil filter housing	*BA18.20-P-1001-01I
12	Remove intake manifold (8)	 Remove bolts (14). Take out intake manifold (8) together with intake manifold swirl flap (M59) and throttle valve actuator (M16/6)
		 Bolt, intake manifold to cylinder head	*BA09.20-P-1001-01I
		 Flexible head wrench set	*001589810900
13.1	Dismount throttle valve actuator (M16/6) from intake manifold (8)	 Only carry out when required.
		 Bolt, throttle valve actuator to intake manifold	*BA30.20-P-1002-01C
14	Install in the reverse order
