1 Unscrew hexagon socket bolt (2) and take off clamp (1).
D09.20-1005-01
2 Separate plug connection (5) of idle speed control actuator.
3 Unscrew bolts (4) and place fixture (3) with electrical connection to the side.

4 Detach vacuum line (7) at idle speed control actuator.
5 Release spring (8).

6 Unscrew bolts (9) and nuts (8).
Installation: Tighten bolts (9) and nuts (8) evenly.
Pay attention to tightening torque .

7 Relese omega clip (10).
8 Carefully lift intake manifold slightly off cylinder head.
9 Unplug connectors (12) of the injectors.
10 Detach vacuum line (11).

11 Lift out intake manifold (14).
12 Take off gasket (13).
Installation: Clean sealing surfaces, replace gasket (13).
13 Install in the reverse order.
