1 | Open engine hood | ||
2 | Remove cylinder head cover trim | ||
3 | Unclip vacuum hoses (4) on hose (2) | ||
4 | Unfasten clamps (3) and remove hose (2) | Installation: Ensure correct routing of the hose (2). Check hose (2) for damage. | |
5 | Remove crankcase ventilation system (5) | ||
6 | Unscrew nut (8) and take off DPF differential pressure sensor from bracket (7) | ||
7 | Disconnect engine wiring harness (9) on bracket (7) and unclip | ||
8 | Remove screw/bolt (10) and place fuel lines (11) to one side | | |

9 | Unscrew nut (12) | ||
10 | Remove bracket (7) | ||
11 | Loosen clamp (6) | ||
12 | Remove screw/bolt (13) | Bolt, air intake pipe to turbocharger | |
13 | Remove engine air intake duct (1) | Installation: Check seal for engine air intake duct (1) for damage. | |
14 | Install in the reverse order |
