Remove engine cover(2).



Remove cover (3).

Unclip wiring harness fastener(5) from air filter housing(1).

 Long wedge

Open clips (9).

Remove CDI control unit(N3/9) from air filter housing(1) and place to one side with connect electric lines.

Unclip electrical wiring harness(6) at the air filter housing(1).

Remove engine air intake duct(4).

 Installation: Ensure that connection fittings are seated correctly (8).

Remove screw (7).

Raise the air filter housing(1), pull to the left and remove upwards.

 Installation: Replace seal on air filter housing (1).

 Installation: Coat rubber mount with lubricant paste.

Check

Check rubber retainers on the air filter housing (1) for damage and correct seating.

If complaints are present,



then, replace rubber retainers on the air filter housing(1) and position them correctly.

Install in the reverse order.
