Risk of injury (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running. | Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts. | |
1 | Switch off the main switch or disconnect the battery negative cable | Loosen the screw of the negative cable on the stringer, avoid releasing on the battery terminals. | |
2 | Open the engine compartment hood | Verify body builder manual. | |
3 | Loosen the clamps (3) and remove the fanfold hose (4) from the air piping (1) | Install: Be careful so that all piping components are totally clean. | |

4 | Loosen the bolts (2) and remove air piping (1) | Install: Verify hose and clamps condition, replace them if necessary. | |
Fastening of the clamps on the inlet and outlet flexible hoses | |||
5 | Install on the reverse order | ||

6 | Check the air filter condition | Replace the filter element. |
