Remove/install

Loosen right underfloor paneling

Release and disconnect electrical connection (2)

Unclip electrical line (1) from retaining clamps (3)

Unscrew union nut for temperature sensor (4)

 Installation: Coat thread of union nut for temperature sensor (4) with hot lubrication paste.

Paste, hot lubrication 1 kg, DBL 6879.20

 Box wrench bit

Remove temperature sensor (4) from NOx storage catalytic converter (5)

Install in the reverse order

Read out and erase fault memory
