1 Bore out the damaged thread to 6.3 mm
(max. blind hole depth).
2 Cut a thread M6 using the inset tap from the Heli-Coil tool . Clean blind hole thread.
3 Screw Heli-Coil insert with primary pump drive downwards onto the jolley until the primary pump drive lies on the driver lug of the jolley.
4 Screw Heli-Coil insert with spindle into cylinder head.
The thread insert is to be mounted a min. 1/4 threads under the surface.
5 Disconnect primary pump drive of the Heli-Coil insert with lug release drift.
