Risk of explosion if ignition takes place, risk of poisoning caused by inhaling fuel vapors or swallowing fuel as well as risk of injury to skin and eyes exposed to fuel.

No fire, sparks, naked flames or smoking.
Pour fuels only into suitable and appropriately marked containers.

Wear protective clothing when handling fuel.

Unscrew union nuts at both sides of the injection lines (1)

 Counterhold with wrench at the threaded connections of the injectors.
On no account exceed the tightening torque in order to avoid also slackening the threaded connection the next time.



Remove injection lines (1)

 Do not crimp or bend lines when removing and installing.
After detaching the injection lines, seal connections of injection lines (1).
Ensure scrupulous cleanliness!

Installation: Ensure exact seating of the injection lines(1). Inspect sealing cone at injection lines (1) and replace line if compression points are visible.
Slacken the rail in order to install the injection lines (1) free of stress to avoid the risk of a line fracture. Do not tighten rail fully until after fitting on the injection lines (1). Refer to:
