1 | Remove engine cover | Installation: Ensure correct seating. | |
2 | Unhook coolant hose (1) from bracket | ||
3 | Unclip vacuum line (2) from vacuum reservoir (3) | ||
4 | Detach vacuum hose (4) | ||
5 | Remove screws/bolts (5) and then remove vacuum reservoir (3) | Bolt, exhaust heat exchanger support to exhaust heat exchanger | |
Bolt, support brace for vacuum reservoir and exhaust heat exchanger to Y-support brace | |||
6 | Mark vacuum hoses (6) | For diagnostic reasons the vacuum hoses must not swapped around. | |
7 | Mark vacuum hoses (6) and unclip at vacuum reservoir (3) and detach | Installation: Observe marking on vacuum hoses (6). | |
8 | Remove vacuum reservoir (3) | ||
9 | Install in the reverse order |
