3 | Disconnect the electrical connector (1) from the engine management (MCM) control unit (A4). | ||
4 | Remove screws (6) and disconnect electrical connector (2) from engine management (MCM) control unit (A4). | ||
5 | Remove bracket (7) from the engine management (MCM) control unit (A4). | ||
6 | Unscrew screw/bolts (4). | ||
7 | Remove and take out the engine management (MCM) control unit (A4) with the rubber dampers (5). | ||

8 | Install the engine management (MCM) control unit (A4) with the rubber dampers (5). | Take note of installation position of rubber dampers (5). | |
9 | Tighten bolts (4) | Engine 470.9, 471.9Bolt, engine management (MCM) control unit to crankcase | |

12 | Connect the electrical connection (1) to the engine management (MCM) control unit (A4). | ||
