Remove/install

Danger!

Align vehicle between columns of lifting platform and position four support plates at lifting platform support points specified by vehicle manufacturer.

Raise vehicle with lifting platform

Remove bottom sections of soundproofing capsule

Disconnect electrical connector (1)

Unclip cable from cable bracket (2).

Remove temperature sensor downstream of TWC (B19/8)

Installation: Coat thread of temperature sensor downstream of TWC (B19/8) with heat-resistant lubricant.

Install in the reverse order

Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving by itself.
Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes.
Do not touch hot or rotating parts.
