| Screw cap off diagnostic socket of the fuel distributor.

| Insert end of the pressure hose (3) into the container (4).
|

| Screw union nut (5) of the pressure hose (3) onto the diagnostic socket.
|

| At this point, the diagnostic socket is opened and the fuel pressure in the fuel distributor is reduced. Fuel escapes from the end of the hose.

| Unscrew union nut (5) of the pressure hose (3) from the diagnostic socket.
|

| Screw cap onto the diagnostic socket of the fuel distributor and tighten .
|
|
| Replace sealing ring of the cap.
