Disconnecting
When working on the injection system ensure cleanliness! Clean separation points before opening.
1 Move release clamp (1) of fuel return line (2) in direction of arrow.
2 Detach fuel return line (2) from valve block (21/7).

Attaching
3 Replace O-ring (3) and moisten with fuel.
4 Move release clamp (1) of fuel return line (2) in direction of arrow.
5 Insert fuel return line (2) into valve block (21/7).
6 Check correct seating of latches (4) in the groove (5) of the valve block (21/7).
