Assemble
1 Assemble together an injection nozzle consisting of a pressure nut (1), nozzle (2), nozzle needle (3), intermediate disk (4), pressure bolt (5), push spring (6), shim (7) and nozzle holder (8) according to the exploded view.
Observe fixing pin on intermediate disk (4) otherwise the nozzle holder can be damaged.
During assembly one must ensure that all separate parts are free of dirt and deposits.

2 Insert nozzle holder (8) into mount (9).
3 Tighten pressure (1) using specified torque .
Use socket wrench (10) and torque wrench (11).
