Check opening and ejection pressure of injection nozzle

 For an adjusted pressure gauge only raise the pressure slowly and, above all, only drain slowly.
The manometer may become damaged otherwise.

 Manual pump lever from test equipment  Press slowly downwards for a switched-in pressure gauge (one stroke per second)and read off the opening pressure when opening (beginning of nozzle ejection).

 If ejection pressure is too high or too low, the injection nozzle must be disassembled, cleaned and correctly adjusted. In the case of an excessively high pressure, the shims must be replaced by thinner ones, and for an excessively low pressure the shims must be replaced thicker ones.
