2 | Remove the Top Brake piping (10) | ||

4 | Lift off the pressure bolt (9) and disassemble the pressure tube sleeve (8) | ||
5 | Remove the bolt (12) and remove the fastening clamp (11) | ||
6 | With the threaded adapter (2) and the impact puller (1), remove the combined injector carrier (4) | Impact extractor | |

7.1 | Remove the sealing ring (6) on the combined injector carrier (4) or pull from the cylinder head | On the engine with sealing ring (6). | |
7.2 | Pull the sealing bushing (5) on the combined injector carrier (4), eventually remove from the cylinder head with the puller tool and impact puller (1) | On the engine with sealing bushing (5). | |

8 | Clean the combined injector carrier (4) from combustion residue and check for wear | Clean the support surface of the sealing bushing (5) or of the sealing ring (6) with a brass bristle wire brush, eventually replace the combined injector carrier (4). | |

9 | Install the new O-Ring (3) on the combined injector carrier (4) | High-temperature grease | |

The small annular surface on the sealing ring (6) must point to the combination of the injection nozzle (4). | |||
10.2 | Press the new sealing bushing (5) with the assembly tool (14.1, 14.2) on the combined injector carrier (4) | Engine with sealing bushing (5) | |
The sealing bushing (5) is already installed at the new combined injector carrier (4). | |||

11 | Install the combined injector carrier (4) in the cylinder head and twist with the fastening clamp (11) in the cylinder head | The spherical guide on the fastening clamp (11) has to coincide with the cavity in the constant throttle cover (13). | |
12 | Screw-on the fastening clamp (11) with the bolt | Attachment support of the cylinder head injector | |
13 | Apply some grease on the new O-Ring (7) and insert it in the pressure tube (8) connection | High-temperature grease | |
14 | Install the pressure tube (8) connection | Injector pressure pipe, inside the cylinder head | |
15 | Install the injection line | ||
16 | Install the Top Brake piping (10) | Replace sealing rings. | |
