1 | Remove front cover (23) at cylinder head | ||
2 | Position piston of cylinder 1 to 20° after ignition TDC (arrow) | Rotate engine at front of crankshaft in normal direction of rotation | |
3 | Lock intake camshaft (75) and exhaust camshaft (78) in place with positioning pins (01) (arrows) | | |
4 | Remove chain tensioner (14) | If the complete chain tensioner (14) is slackened, it must be removed, disassembled and reassembled, as described. | |
5 | Unbolt guide rail (70), take off | | |
