2 | Remove rocker arm assembly | ||
3 | Take off circlips (1) | ||
4 | Remove washer (2), rocker arm (exhaust) (3) and rocker arm (inlet) (4) | Assemble: Lubricate washer (2), rocker arm (exhaust) (3), rocker arm (inlet) (4) and rocker arm spindle on the rocker arm bracket (7) with engine oil. Observe installation position of the rocker arm (exhaust) (3) and rocker arm (inlet) (4). | |
5 | Check washer (2), rocker arm (exhaust) (3), rocker arm (inlet), adjusting screws (5), jam nuts (6) and rocker arm spindle for mechanical wear | Replace defective parts | |
6 | Measure inside diameter of rocker arm bearing bush and outside diameter of rocker arm spindle | Replace defective parts | |
