	Removing
1	Remove clutch		AR25.10-W-0050R
2	Attach cranking/blocking device for engine		AR03.30-W-1600-03R

3	Detach electrical line (2) from timing case (1)
4	Disconnect electrical connector from crankshaft position sensor (B15)
5	Pull camshaft position sensor (B15) out of timing case (1)
6	Remove two opposing bolts (4)	 Block cranking/turning device, if required, by inserting the pin.

7	Screw centering drift (5) into threaded hole		*904589026300
8	Unscrew remaining bolts (4)		*904589001000
9	Remove flywheel (3) over the centering drifts (5)	 If flywheel (3) is jammed, screw two bolts (M1080) into opposing threaded holes in flywheel (3) and pull out flywheel (3).
	Checking
10	Check clutch surface for scorch marks, scoring and cracks on flywheel (3)	 if necessary: 
		Rework flywheel (3)	AR03.30-W-8022R
		or replace flywheel (3).
11	Visually check rear radial shaft sealing ring	 if necessary: 
		Replace radial shaft sealing ring.	AR03.20-W-3063R
12	Check flange on flywheel (3) for scoring caused by radial shaft sealing ring	 Replace flywheel (3), if necessary.
13	Inspect ring gear for wear	 if necessary: 
		Replace ring gear of flywheel (3).	AR03.30-W-8312R
		or replace flywheel (3).
14	Check locating bearing in flywheel (3)	 if necessary: 
		Replace locating bearing in flywheel (3).	AR03.30-W-8401R
15	Measure shank length (L) of bolts (4)	 If permissible shank length (L) is exceeded, replace bolt (4) concerned.	*BE03.30-N-1010-03B
	Install
16	Install flywheel (3) over the centering drifts (5)	 Observe installation position of dowel pin in the crankshaft. Remove both bolts (M1080) if necessary.
17	Coat bolts (4) with engine oil and screw in	 Do not tighten bolts (4) yet.
18	Remove centering drift (5)
19	Tighten the remaining two bolts (4) with engine oil and screw in; tighten all bolts (4)		*BA03.30-N-1001-01C

20	Take off cranking/blocking device for engine		AR03.30-W-1600-03R
			*BA01.60-N-1002-01A
			*BR00.45-Z-1013-01A
21	Clean flange on crankshaft position sensor (B15) and coat with grease		*BR00.45-Z-1013-01A
22	Press plug bushing and crankshaft position sensor in (B15) against stop	 Check plug bushing, replace if required.
23	Reattach electrical connector on crankshaft position sensor (B15)
24	Fasten electrical line (2) on timing case (1)
25	Install clutch		AR25.10-W-0050R
