Ensure that no one is within the tilting range of the cab as it is being tilted. Always tilt the cab all the way to the end position and secure with the safety strut.

Attach cranking device to the flywheel housing and block the flywheel with the turning device

Loosen screw/bolts (4) for belt pulley/vibration damper (3) and then remove two opposite screw/bolts (4)

 Installation: Wet two screw/bolts (4) on thread with engine oil and screw in. Then tighten all screw/bolts (4).

Screw centering drifts (5) into threaded holes

 Alignment punch

Remove remaining screw/bolts (4) on the belt pulley/vibration damper (3)

 Installation: Coat screw/bolts (4) on thread with engine oil and screw in screw/bolts (4) by hand.

Measure screw/bolts (4) for the belt pulley/vibration damper (3); replace if necessary
