Remove the front and center lower engine compartment paneling.

Rotate the engine on the vibration damper (1) in the direction of engine rotation to the top dead center 1. of the cylinder.

 The TDC marking on the vibration damper (1) must align with the mark on the crankcase (5).

Remove the vibration damper (1).

Attach the retaining lock (2) to the crankshaft and tighten the bolt (3).

Insert the locating pin (4) as far as it will go into the opening on the crankcase (5).

Removal in the reverse order.
